We’re able to provide web design at such a low cost because we build websites without the bells and whistles. We’re not geeky web developers with mad HTML or CSS skills or degrees, we just know how to build great websites and customise them to your needs.

We don’t charge any set-up fees for creating and getting your new website online, although we do charge for additional services such as extra pages, website copywriting and SEO consulting etc.

Because we don’t charge any set-up fees, we have a minimum contract term of 12-months for all new web design subscriptions.

We require 90-days notice to cancel your subscription after the initial 12-months. If you cancel your monthly payments without notice we will, unfortunately, have to switch off your hosting and your website will no longer be active and you will begin losing any rankings you have made on Google and other search engines.

If you give the relevant notice period and have no outstanding invoices, we will happily advise you on how to move your website to another agency or hosting provider.

Yes, absolutely. We prefer if you transfer the domain to us so that we can ensure the nameservers are correctly set-up and so we can ensure you don’t miss your renewal and lose your domain.

We invest a lot of time and effort into building your website so it’s optimised in many ways, so rather than risk breaking it, we will happily edit your site for you upon request.

We can set-up a blog for your website for an additional fee, but it’s best you contact us to discuss further so we can make sure it’s the right solution for you to invest in.

Facebook is not a search engine like Google, Bing or Yahoo etc. If you don’t have a website then you’re missing out on hundreds of people searching for your products or services every month.

Websites designed by DCW Digital are cleaner, faster, better optimised for search engines and also cheaper than Yell business websites. We know they sell all sorts of Yell extras in the package, but we’ve heard from plenty of ex-customers that those extras are simply not worth it.

100% Not. No web design or SEO company can guarantee results on Google or any other search engines. We will build your website in a way that it should get ranked well on Google and other search engines, but we cannot guarantee it because all of the search engine providers have very complex and secret criteria for how they rank websites and nobody has the secret recipe.
